Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product as long as you adhere to our policy guidelines outlined below:
Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Accessories and downloadable software, where applicable, must be unopened and not downloaded.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@lastech.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which needs to be included with your return shipment.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fees
- A restocking fee of 25% may apply to items returned in compliance with our return policy. This will be deducted from your total refund.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to swap an item for another, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
